Kristian Reay

Senior Designer

Kristian graduated with a Master’s degree in landscape architecture from Leeds Beckett University. He has over 10 year’s experience working at the intersection of Landscape Architecture and Garden Design for a number of award-winning design practices.

Hailing from the picturesque landscapes of the South West, Kristian’s connection to the environment informs his approach to design which is guided by the social responsibility we have as custodians of the land. Kristian is passionate about creating meaningful concepts and design details that respond to the unique spirit of a place, its natural surroundings, and the passage of time.

In 2019 Kristian was named RHS Young Designer of the Year. His award-winning show garden at RHS Tatton Park, which addressed the threat of the plant pathogen Xylella fastidiosa, earned him an RHS Gold Medal.
